The simplest way to execute a script to use File>Automate:
This pops a browse window:
All scripts in the default folder, <drive>:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Presets\Scripts, are displayed. Alternatively, you can click the browse button to navigate to a different folder. Select the required scripts, and click "Run Script".
A script can also be executed using an action statement.
