If they needed p-p-passports, these delightful Magellanic Penguins would have Chilean ones. The pictures were taken at a nature reserve at Seno Otway, which is around 65 kms from Punta Arenas, which is almost as far south as you can go in Chile. Unfortunately, the restrictions of cruise travel meant that we weren't able to spend much time at the reserve, otherwise I'd have a lot more pictures for you.
