OK, we admit it, we're not perfect! You might run across the odd undocumented feature in a Variations Suite script. If the Photoshop Scripting engine does find a bug, it just seems to stop and wait with no visible indication that something has failed. We can't find anything that suggests some kind of control key combination to abort the script, so we've had to enable The Debugger -
(scary background music).
If the debugger window appears, like this, then click the square stop button making sure that "[top level 1]" is selected in the call stack. Unfortunately, this doesn't always work first time.
We hope this won't happen to you, but if it does, we'd appreciate you taking the time to record the error details and the line number - of just take a screen shot - and let us know.
